Service provider

NOMA is operated by Lluis Moxo, an individual in Spain, as a personal, non-commercial project without a profit-making purpose. The app is free, with no subscriptions, payments or advertising. Contact: contact@capconsultor.eu.

1. Accepting these terms

These Service Terms form a binding agreement between you and NOMA. By creating an account you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Your account

You must be at least 14 years old to use NOMA. That is the age of digital consent in Spain, where the service is provided. Accounts found to belong to someone younger are suspended.

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Friends and mutual connections

Connections on NOMA are always mutual. A friendship exists only when one person sends a request and the other accepts it; at that moment both users become friends. There is no one-directional following. You can end a friendship at any time, which removes the mutual connection for both people.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of your content. You grant NOMA the limited permission to store, process and display it to the audience you select, including through public journal links you create, solely to provide the service.

You are responsible for holding the rights to everything you upload. Only upload photos you took yourself or that you have permission to publish: uploading someone else’s photograph or other protected material without authorisation is a breach of these terms. If a photo shows a recognisable person, having their consent where the law requires it is also your responsibility.

Anyone can report content they believe infringes their rights using the Report button, and we remove content we find infringing. Accounts that repeatedly infringe are warned, then suspended, then closed. Our Copyright Policy explains the whole process.

5. Prohibited conduct

Do not publish illegal, abusive, discriminatory, sexually exploitative or infringing content, harass other users, impersonate others or circumvent security. Use the Report action on content and the blocking controls for unwanted interactions. You may also report concerns to contact@capconsultor.eu. We review reports and may remove content or restrict accounts.

6. Availability and changes

We may update, suspend or discontinue features of the app. We will give reasonable notice of material changes to these terms where required.

7. Termination

You may stop using NOMA and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

8. Complaints and applicable law

For support, reports or an appeal against a moderation decision, email contact@capconsultor.eu. Spanish and applicable European Union law apply, without limiting your mandatory rights or access to competent courts.
